Mr. Nsikan Effiong Johnny is the Chairman of NSIK Group of Companies Limited, a diversified conglomerate with thriving interests in transport, oil and gas, offshore/onshore marine operations, construction, logistics, courier services, agro-allied and related products. A native of Ikot Akpan Abia in Nsit Ubium Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Mr. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Business Administration, (Major in Management) from the then Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He has built a legacy of enterprise rooted in vision, resilience, and a deep commitment to national progress.
Under his visionary leadership, the group has grown to encompass several thriving subsidiaries, including Nsik Motors Limited, Nsik Express Delivery Company Limited, Nsik Agro-Allied Company Limited, Nsik Engineering Company Limited, Nsik Oil and Gas Company Limited and Nsik Enterprise and Logistics Company Limited. His entrepreneurial journey, which began in 1998, reflects a legacy of innovation, resilience, and strategic growth across key sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Mr. Johnny’s leadership style is defined by strategic foresight, operational excellence, and a strong sense of corporate responsibility.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Industrial Administrators and Arbitrators (CIIAArb), the Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI), the Patron Uyo Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture (UYOCCIMA), a Corporate Member of both the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Nigeria (CILT), and the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN).
Beyond his business ventures, Mr. Johnny is deeply committed to community development and public safety. He serves as a member of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) in Zone 6, Calabar, and is the Patron of the PCRC in Akwa Ibom State Command. He also holds the title of Grand Patron of the Earth Moving Equipment, Double Axle Truck Owners/Operators Association (EMEDATOR), and chairs the Board of Trustees of the Akwa Ibom Commercial Transport Stakeholders Forum.
