Job Description

As an ICT Officer at NSIK Group Company Limited, you will work as part of a team of ICT experts to support and enhance the organization's digital ecosystem. The role involves implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting digital platforms such as online booking and electronic logistics systems, and contributing to cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include collaborating on ICT roadmaps such as real-time fleet tracking and digital logistics solutions, supporting the scaling of mobile and web platforms for passenger and courier services, assisting in managing IT infrastructure including networks, cloud storage, and server environments, contributing to cybersecurity efforts to protect customer data and ensure regulatory compliance, and working on ICT projects from planning through deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's or PhD degree is an added advantage. Applicants should have 5-10 years of ICT experience, including exposure to large-scale IT projects. Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud computing technologies, and cybersecurity best practices is required. Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, CCNP, or MTCNA will be an added advantage.
